Bug Zapper Racket

Do you know how to make a poison RAT FEEDER ?

there are no feeders for rats in my district...only mouse feeders (which are much too small in size) . i don't want the cats or mongoose to get a hold of the poison. the rats are numerous and the traps and zappers are not working...... they are too smart for those killers so i must try baiting them. any other ideas ?

1. Don't believe cats or mongoose will eat <De/con> rat poison>Put poison in between 2 concrete blocks 2 " apart>That will take care of them just keep a supply so they won't run out>>Happy hunting><Your Cats don't like rats>
2. Rat poison will not kill cats. I'm not sure about a mongoose. But if a rat can get into the feeder, so can a mongoose.
